Meet the therapist behind Innerbloom

In therapy, you come first. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can talk openly, take a breath, and make sense of what you’re feeling. Together, we look at what has been heavy or overwhelming for you, and gently untangle the emotions, patterns or worries that may be keeping you stuck. Rather than following a rigid structure, each session unfolds in a way that supports what you’re carrying and what you need in that moment. Some people come wanting to ease their anxiety, low mood or stress. Others arrive feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by expectations, or weighed down by experiences they have never fully had the chance to process. Wherever you find yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My aim is to help you feel steadier, more centred, and more connected to yourself, so that life begins to feel a little lighter and more manageable again.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a gentle and practical approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours influence one another. As we work together, we’ll begin to notice the patterns that make life feel more difficult and explore new ways of responding that bring more steadiness and clarity into your everyday experiences. You’ll learn practical tools you can use outside of sessions, tools that support you in feeling more grounded and confident.
I also weave in mindfulness and a holistic perspective, looking at the whole picture: your mind, your body, your emotions, and the experiences that have shaped you. This helps us understand what you are carrying and how it affects your wellbeing. In time, patterns such as overthinking, people pleasing or perfectionism start to ease, allowing you to create gentler, more balanced ways of caring for yourself.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” you. You’re not broken. It’s about reconnecting with who you truly are and giving yourself the support you may not have had before.
